Learner handbook

The Learner handbook (PDF) provide you with useful information and advice to help you get the most out of your chosen course.

It also details requirements on eligibility, support, accreditation and what we expect from our learners.

In order to maintain the quality of our provision we reserve the right to cancel or amend courses where necessary especially when insufficient enrolments mean that the course is no longer viable. In such circumstances and where possible alternative provision will be offered.

In accordance with the Welsh Language standards, Adult Community Learning and Into Work training also offer their education courses in Welsh. Enrolment forms asks learners whether they wish to take the course in Welsh, and the responses are recorded on our management system.

The Council supports learners to undertake their courses in Welsh and English, and will provide courses in Welsh should there be sufficient demand in the future.
