Digital Support

We are Digital Support Services for Cardiff Council.
Our objective is to increase digital skills and accessibility for residents of Cardiff.
We offer help with any digital training needs, digital device support and digital queries.
To request support please call the Advice Line on 02920 871 071, email DigitalSupport@Cardiff.gov.uk or drop into one of our sessions.

Digital Surgery
Drop-in digital surgeries are informal sessions where you or anyone you know can get help with any of their digital related issues – whether it’s help setting up a new device, contacting friends and family on social media, or learning more about online safety and scams.
Why not drop in to one of our sessions.
