We are Digital Support Services for Cardiff Council.
We offer help with any digital training needs, digital device support and digital queries.
We operate between 9am & 5pm Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank holidays).
We are currently running 19 Digital Surgeries at 17 different locations across Cardiff’s Hubs weekly and a BT Skills for Tomorrow sessions face to face in Central Library on Fridays. For more info please see below.

Digital surgeries are informal sessions where you or anyone you know can get help with any of their digital related issues – whether it’s help setting up a new device, contacting friends and family on social media, or learning more about online safety and scams.

The BT Skills for Tomorrow course is back on face to face in Central Library On Fridays.
The course offers an introduction to basic digital skills for life and work – covering a range of topics such as; online safety, Microsoft Office, universal credit applications, job applications and how to use smart devices.

Due to the pandemic Adult Learning Cardiff has begun running their courses online.
This has been done through Google Classroom, an online teaching platform.

For most people this is a completely new way of learning, therefore the Digital Support team have put together a few free digital resources here to help you get online and navigate certain apps and websites many have been making use of while in lockdown.

Adult Learning have recently launched a Youtube Channel featuring cooking videos with our fantastic tutors Hayley & Dev using ingredients found in the food bank. The channel also features fun videos for children from Cardiff Libraries’ Margaret and Sian and painting tutorials from the extremely talented Andre.

Digital Inclusion in Wales

We offer a range of free digital support to help you people get online and improve their digital skills no matter their experience. Our aim is to help Cardiff to reach 100% Digital Inclusion.
