We are Digital Support Services for Cardiff Council.

We offer help with any digital training needs, digital device support and digital queries.

We operate between 9am & 5pm Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank holidays).

We are currently running 19 Digital Surgeries at 17 different locations across Cardiff’s Hubs weekly and a BT Skills for Tomorrow sessions face to face in Central Library on Fridays. For more info please see below.

Digital surgeries are informal sessions where you or anyone you know can get help with any of their digital related issues – whether it’s help setting up a new device, contacting friends and family on social media, or learning more about online safety and scams.

Through BT and The Good Things Foundation we also offer a FREE basic digital skills course on the Learning My Way platform.

At the Central Library on Wednesdays and Fridays

The Learn My Way website features over 30 courses designed to help beginners get started with the basics online – using a mouse, keyboard, setting up email accounts and using internet search engines – while also offer enough to help people further develop their digital skills.

BT Skills for tomorrow poster

Adult Learning have recently launched a Youtube Channel featuring cooking videos with our fantastic tutors Hayley & Dev using ingredients found in the food bank. The channel also features fun videos for children from Cardiff Libraries’ Margaret and Sian and painting tutorials from the extremely talented Andre.

Digital Inclusion in Wales

The percentage of the Welsh population that are ‘Digitally Included’ is 89%. This means that there are currently around 350,000 people who aren’t using the internet.***

We offer a range of free digital support to help you people get online and improve their digital skills no matter their experience. Our aim is to help Cardiff to reach 100% Digital Inclusion.
