Get Into Housekeeping

Our Get Into Housekeeping course for beginners can offer you: 

• career preparation and signposting,  
• industry insight into different types of housekeeping roles, 
• training on hazardous substances, 
• knowledge building in individual and team roles, 
• interview skills support, and 
• customer service and problem-solving training.  

What you can gain from the course 

Accreditations: 

• Customer Service: Level 2 
• COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health): Level 2 
• Manual Handling: Level 2 

Length of the course 

This course lasts 5 days, running from Monday to Friday. 

Course location 

Various locations in Cardiff.
