Get Into Fitness and Coaching

Our Get Into Fitness and Coaching course for beginners can offer you:

  • insight into core coaching skills like communication, instruction and planning,
  • training in risk assessment, designing, organising, delivering and monitoring safe coaching activities,
  • introductions to using frameworks for good practice and awareness of responsibilities,
  • discussion and practical exercises on confidence-building and supervision, and
  • opportunities to explore funded progression routes and further qualifications, subject to eligibility.

What you can gain from the course 

Accreditations: 

  • Health and Safety: Level 2
  • First Aid at Work: Level 2

Length of the course 

This course lasts 5 days, running from Monday to Friday.

Various locations in Cardiff.
