Our Get Into Barista and Hospitality course for beginners can offer you: 

• health and safety training,  
• customer service skills,
• product knowledge development and practice,  
• equipment demonstrations, and
• career preparation and signposting.

Accreditations: 

• Customer Service: Level 2 
• Food Safety: Level 2 
• Preparing and Serving Hot Drinks: Level 1 

Length of the course 

This course lasts 5 days, running from Monday to Friday.

Various locations in Cardiff.
