Content:

• Know what behaviour is expected in the workplace.
• Know why it is necessary to follow codes of behaviour.
• Be able to maintain acceptable behaviour in the workplace.

(Workplace can refer to a place of employment, a voluntary organisation, a work experience placement or work-based learning placement. Work refers to paid employment, volunteering or hours undertaken as part of work experience or work-based learning.)
