In this series of ‘Health and Technology’ the Digital Support Services look at new, progressive ways to manage your health digitally using a range of applications and smart technologies. Providing discussion, evidence and options to give you the tools and advice you need to manage your health independently. In this session we will be looking at health technologies associated with managing your diabetes digitally, including discussion around using applications to monitor blood sugars and devices that track your insulin.

Wednesday afternoon we’ll be joined by two members of Cardiff Council’s Veteran’s Advice team to talk about smart meters, smart energy and how you can make the most of them this winter.
