to Improve Mental Health

Starts Friday 25th September 2020
1:00pm – 3:00pm

Improve mental wellbeing through art and/or creative writing excercises. Each session will begin with a mindfulness exercise with peaceful music and relaxation techniques.
Increase confidence in self-expression, and self-esteem.

You will need a gmail account to access classrooms.
