Art for Well Being

The making of art can be therapeutic, and beneficial for one’s well-being. This group aims to use art as a tool of communication in one way or another. Some may wish to use the art making as a creative method of expressing emotion, and some may wish to take that further and inwardly reflect on what they have created.
