Creative Writing and Art

This course offers a combination of mindfulness and relaxation techniques with creative writing and art. The aim is to improve on, or learn new creative skills, share ideas, build self-esteem, contribute to the creation of an online gallery of work.
No experience necessary.
The course will run for 5 weeks and will take place online with weekly classes online via Google Classrooms.
