First Steps into Call Centres

Starts Tuesday 22nd September 2020
12:30am – 14:30noon

The course will provide you with greater awareness of customer service and equip you with the necessary customer care and telephone skills for you to deliver excellent customer service within a call centre environment.

The course will run for 10 weeks and will take place online with weekly classes using Google Meet.
